Many a girl has tried and failed but George Clooney's girlfriend is convinced she will be the one to finally tie down the eternal bachelor.
According to reports, Elisabetta Canalis said she never wants her two-year “fairytale” to end and is a “firm believer in marriage.”
However, the 32-year-old actress said she will not pressure Hollywood’s most desirable man, despite her dreams of wedded bliss.
Canalis said: “I am a firm believer in marriage, in the future I will be married but for the time being I am happy as I am.”
She further stated: “I don’t need anything to confirm how happy I am.”
Speaking to Italy’s Chi magazine Canalis showed how confident she was in her relationship saying “everything you read is just a rehash of stuff that has been written in the past.”
Clooney vowed to steer clear of the alter after the failure of his marriage to actress, Talia Balsam. They split up in 1993 after four years.
