Corrie favourite Ken Barlow is set to be left for dead, by his own grandson.

James shows his darker side when he forges Ken’s signature and takes out a huge loan against Barlow’s house, number 1. Coronation Street.
When Ken, who is played by 79-year-old William Roache, finds out, he is left devastated. As he tries to call the police, James, who is Roache’s son in real-life, takes a swing at him and leaves him for dead.
James is set to flee the scene, before Deirdre walks in and finds a distraught Ken.
