Matthew Perry has revealed that he plans to enter rehab to deal with "sobriety" issues.
The former 'Friends' star - who previously sought treatment for substance abuse issues by checking into rehab in 1997 and 2001 - wants to enter an in-patient facility to focus on himself.
Perry said in a statement released on Thursday: "I'm making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery.
"Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web."
The actor has not yet entered a rehab facility but plans to do so soon.
A source told People that he made the decision on his own, saying: "There was no relapse."
