Angelina Jolie has finally put an end to mounting speculation relating to her latest latitude and longitude arm tattoo.

When asked about the tattoo during an interview with Extra, the apparently annoyed mother-of-six confirmed that the co-ordinates are a tribute to long-time partner Brad Pitt.

According to the Daily Mail, the 35-year-old was irritated when an interviewer asked whether it related to a possible new adoption.

She said: “Well, if they know that it's latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad's birthplace.

“It doesn't take much investigation to figure that one out. The coordinates are Shawnee, Oklahoma.”

In the interview at the Cannes Film Festival, where the actress is currently promoting her new movie ‘Kung Fu Panda 2’, Jolie also ruled out another adoption in the near future, saying it wasn't a possibility, 'at this time'.

She also explained that Kung Fu Panda 2 "deals with family and adoption," and that initially she was nervous about how her mix of biological and adopted children would deal with "such a heavy issue".

However she said she was relieved with their reaction to the film and said they all discussed it.

She said: "The kids loved it! They laughed out loud, hysterical. We talk very openly in our house. Orphanage and birth parents are happy words in our house."
