Lady Gaga will mentor the four final contestants on 'American Idol' on US television this week.
On Wednesday's show the four - James Durbin, Scotty McCreery, Haley Reinhart and Lauren Alaina - will sing songs by Leiber and Stoller, who wrote such Elvis Presley hits as 'Hound Dog' and 'Jailhouse Rock', and co-wrote 'Stand by Me' with Ben E King.
The winner of the sixth season of 'American Idol', Jordin Sparks, will perform on Thursday night's elimination show.
Auditions for the 11th season of 'American Idol' begin in the US next month.
