Mikey Graham is planning to fly back to Dublin from Spain following an alleged incident at his home last week. According to The Sunday Mirror the Boyzone star told friends: "I won't be driven away from my own home."

Paul O'Hara, 22, who was hospitalised following the alleged incident at Graham’s €1 million home in North County Dublin, has given a statement to the Garda detailing his account. O'Hara, who was released from Beaumount Hospital on Friday afternoon, was reported to have suffered swelling of the brain.

"He was told that he was extremely lucky not to have been left needing an operation or intensive physiotherapy," a source, quoted in today's Sunday Independent, said.

“He was assessed and it was found that he had generalised swelling of the brain. He still may need treatment in the future and his family has been told to keep a close eye on him while he gets rest and recovers from the incident."

The alleged incident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, last weekend, when the intercom on Graham’s property was repeatedly buzzed.

According to the News of the World Graham told his friends yesterday: "I'm coming home to sort it out. I've nothing to hide."
