Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber has joined the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama as one of the most influential people in the world.
The pop idol has made it on to this year’s 'Time' 100 list at just 17 years old. The list has been published by Time magazine for the last eight years.
According to Hello magazine, Justin's mentor Usher said: "From the minute I met Justin, I knew this kid possessed a certain confidence that only a star could have. He was born a star".
Others who made it onto the list include Colin Firth, Prince William, Kate Middleton and Mark Zuckerburg.
