Lilly Allen has reportedly snubbed former friend Kate Moss by not sending her an invite to her wedding in June.
It seems as if the friendship that once existed between ‘Smile’ singer Lily Allen and international supermodel Kate Moss is now firmly a thing of the past according to the Daily Mail.
The pair who where famously snapped together at parties in St Tropez throughout the summer of 2009 have omitted each other from the guest lists to their up-coming nuptials.
Allen, who is set to marry in Gloucestershire this autumn, has invited 100 close friends and family to the village church for an intimate ceremony. They will be joined by another 200 people, made up of rock stars and famous faces, that evening for a lavish reception at Allen’s home.
Lily has asked T4 presenter Miquita Oliver, 26, to be a bridesmaid and has also invited Elton John, with whom she once fell out after one of her famous slanging matches.
A friend of the pair revealed: ”Lily and Kate are more like ‘frenemies’ these days. Lily was upset when she heard that Kate was throwing her own hen night on the same weekend as hers. Lily then brought hers forward to May, but the whole thing has left a bitter taste.”
She continued: “Kate hasn’t received a proper invitation to the wedding and she won’t be sending Lily one to hers in July, either. It’s awkward as they have mutual friends who may feel divided.”
