Kerry Katona and ex-husband Mark Croft have confirmed that they have reached a "comprehensive agreement" over custody of their children.
A statement issued on behalf of the couple read: "The children will continue to make their main home with their mother and the parents have agreed arrangements for the children to spend regular time with their father. They will both continue to be involved in making major decisions for the children."
It added: "The parents will continue to work together for the benefit of their children in the future and they very much look forward to a positive working relationship going forwards."
They split last year after three years of marriage, and have two children together - Heidi and Max.
Neither Katona nor Croft have made any further comment on their agreement.
