Simon Cowell's mother has reportedly urged him to cut his hectic work schedule because she is worried about his health.
According to The Sun, Cowell's mother Julie has warned him to take it easy because of a history of heart problems in the family.
Cowell is currently working on 'America's Got Talent', 'Britain's Got Talent' and 'The X Factor' in the UK, the new US 'X Factor' and new game show called 'Red Or Black'.
A source said: "Simon's mum is freaking out. His family think he's doing too much and are telling him to slow down before his workload seriously damages his health."
