British comic Catherine Tate has been tipped as a possible replacement for the departing Steve Carell in the American version of 'The Office'.
TVLine.com, quoting "an insider", says that Tate, Ray Romano and James Spader will appear as interviewees for the vacant manager position in the show's hour-long season finale on 19 May on US television.
Also appearing as managerial hopefuls in the episode will be Ricky Gervais and Will Arnett.
Carell's final episode as bungling manager Michael Scott will air on 28 April in the US.
