Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have formalised the custody agreement for their two sons.
According to documents filed in LA County Superior Court, Sheen will care for Bob and Max on alternate weekends for the first two months, with their stay being extended to Monday in the following eight week period.
TMZ reports that Sheen will then be entitles to an extra weekday with his sons, providing that he and ex-wife Mueller refrain from alcohol and pass random drug tests, which will be administered three times a month.
Sheen and Mueller will both be required to have their regular nannies present during visitation periods.
Digital Spy also reports that neither of the former couple can be photographed around Bob and Max with a love interest.
