Chyler Leigh is very excited about the upcoming musical instalment of 'Grey's Anatomy'.
Leigh - who plays Lexie - revealed that there are "a lot of really beautiful voices" in a cast that includes Sara Ramirez, a star of several Broadway musicals.
"I had an absolute blast," said Leigh. "It was a lot of work, but it was an experience that I am so grateful for. I got to sing Breathe by Anna Nalick. I already love that song so I was really happy about doing it.
"I usually sing by myself. My husband knows I sing and close friends of mine know that I sing, but it was my first time actually singing in front of a group of people. It was definitely a little nerve-wracking in the beginning, but it was so worth it that I just had to say, 'Suck it up!'"
The musical episode of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ will be broadcast on RTÉ Two on Tuesday April 5th.
