Nate Dogg, the rapper who scored a worldwide hit with Warren G on 'Regulate', has died at the age of 41.

The Associated Press reports that Nate Dogg, real name Nathaniel D Hale, died of complications arising from multiple strokes.

The former US Marine suffered his first stroke in 2007 and a second the following year, but his manager Rod McGrew told TMZ.com that he had been making good progress and his death was unexpected.
