'Grey's Anatomy' fans have been told that they could see major developments on the romance front for two of the characters.

TVGuide.com's Natalie Abrams was asked in a Q&A session with fans what the future holds for doctors Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh) and Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams).
Abrams replied: "We'll see the after effects of their steamy shower sesh during the musical episode."
Actress Leigh told TVGuide.com that "Mark (Sloan, played by Eric Dane) is devastated by the whole thing" and that she does not think Jackson is a "rebound for Lexie".
"She can talk with him and there's something refreshing about him," said Leigh. "It has the potential to blossom into something pretty big."
