Lopping off signature locks seems to be the cool thing to do in Hollywood these days. In the name of charity, Justin Bieber ditched his shaggy mane on Monday in favour of an edgier hairdo that we’re not sure his fans will love.
And now comes news that Jennifer Aniston has put a scissors to her famously long tresses, opting for a choppy, chin-length bob.
Aniston debuted the new 'do in Madrid, Spain, where she is currently promoting 'Just Go With It', her latest romantic comedy co-starring Adam Sandler.
The actress, who just turned 41, recently expressed her dismay at the popularity of her ‘Rachel’ hair cut during the 90’s.
“How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I've ever seen,” she said in the February issue of US magazine Allure.“What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs?”
The cut was originally created by Aniston's long-time hairstylist and friend Chris McMillan, who still works with her today and by all accounts travels with the actress around the world to ensure her tresses are immaculate and red carpet ready– so we’re thinking that this new transformation is his handy work.
