Konnie Huq doesn't know if she will return to present 'The Xtra Factor'.
The TV presenter says that she is unsure if Simon Cowell will renew her contract and reveals that she is unlikely to find out until the contestant audition process begins.
She told Star magazine: “Hopefully, I will be back, but I can’t say 100%, you just don’t know what will happen.
“They always make decisions at the last minute so you can never say, ‘Yeah, definitely!’ because they could change their mind the night before.
“Any show that starts is always going to get bad press and people don’t like change. With all the other previous ‘Xtra Factor’ presenters, they’ve had slack online – it’s just part of the job really.”
The host also said that she likes to hang out with the show's judges after recording has finished.
She said: “Louis always had a party in his dressing room. I probably saw more of Louis and Simon out of work I went round with Louis one day to watch the show back with him and a load of other people and it’s just really easy. He’s really witty and funny, he’s good company.
“Simon really is so normal. He’s a really genuine, normal guy. You can just chat to him, pop into his dressing room – he’s got no airs or graces. And he never gets angry or yells at anyone.”
