Charlie Sheen has offered to help out some crew members from the hit US show ‘Two and a Half Men’ while the show is on hiatus, according to reports.

TMZ is reporting that the star, whose addiction issues have caused an interruption in filming, has promised to pay one-third of their salaries if CBS and Warner Brothers pay the rest.

Entertainment Weekly is reporting however, that no decision has yet been taken by the TV companies.

The 45-year old actor is currently undergoing residential rehab in his Los Angeles mansion after recent binges saw him rushed to the local emergency room.

It has been reported that Sheen is eager to return to work on the set of the comedy show. However the break in filming has seen 300 crew members with no work and the studio is under no obligation to pay the staff.
