Ronan Keating has revealed that when he recently landed in Heathrow airport he was greeted by hundreds of fans, however they weren't there to meet him.
On his official Twitter page, he tweeted: "Just landed at heathrow [sic] and when I walked out there were hundreds of screaming Fans Sadly not for me HaHa. One direction were on flight. X"
He added: "Those were the days. He he. X"
Then he brought fellow Boyzone bandmate, Keith Duffy into the discussion by tweeting the 'Coronation Street' star: "Only messin [sic] your [sic] never too old for all that. Isn't that right @officialkeith. X"
Before adding: "But I think I can do without the screamin [sic] at my age. Ha ha.
"At least label not spoiling @onedirection yet. As they were not in first. Keep there [sic] feet on the Ground. Ha ha."
Keating was returning from the US where he was recording with composer, producer and pianist Burt Bacharach.
