Simon Cowell will reportedly miss the audition stages of the UK version of 'The X Factor'.
According to the Daily Mail, Cowell has told ITV bosses that he may skip the auditions for the show in the UK in order to promote the US version of the competition.
A source said: "Simon’s biggest priority is the US 'X Factor' at the moment - he has got a lot to prove and he has to make it a hit."
According to the report, ITV bosses have offered to fly Cowell over and back on a private jet if he is willing to take part in the audition stages of the show.
