'EastEnders' fans are to learn about the past of Arthur 'Fatboy' Chubb (Ricky Norwood) in the coming months.

Digital Spy reports that Fatboy's troubled father Ashley Chubb will arrive in Albert Square to stay with his son.
The BBC is currently casting the role and Ashley will make his first appearance in Walford in the spring.
A source told Digital Spy: "Fatboy has been a real hit with viewers and the bosses have decided that it's now time to bring in his dad so people can see what Fatboy is really all about."
