Paris Hilton's new reality TV show, 'The World According to Paris', will premiere this spring, it has been confirmed.
The show's network, Oxygen, has revealed that the series will follow Hilton and her close friends and family through the "ups and downs" of everyday life.
A press release for the new programme said that "behind the Hollywood glamour, red carpets, photo shoots, and fabulous parties stands a strong woman who's determined to make a new life for herself... It offers a revealing look at how Paris handles consequences of past decisions and her management of her successful fashion and style empire."
Hilton said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that the cameras were allowed "whole access" to her life and that they followed her from 7am until she went to sleep every day.
She also revealed that the series would "show the real Paris", and added that her previous reality show, 'The Simple Life', was an "invented" character, which did not show what she is really like.
Hilton tweeted about the show: "Had such a great meeting today with my @Oxygen peeps. We are all so excited for the new show. Saw some edits today. Show looks amazing! Yay!"
