Ryan Phillippe has congratulated his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon on her engagement to Jim Toth.
According to the New York Daily News, the actor said in a statement: "I'm very happy for both Reese and Jim."
"I wish nothing but the best for the mother of my children."
Phillippe and Witherspoon have two children together, 11-year-old Ava and 7-year-old Deacon.
