Cat Deeley has revealed that she will only get married if she is sure the relationship will last.

The TV presenter said she would like to get married, but only is she knew it would be as successful as her parent's longlasting relationship.

She said in an interview with The Mirror: "At some stage I think Id like to tie the knot. My mum and dad have been married for over 30 years and they've had a great relationship. But that success is really hard to emulate. When you've seen something work so brilliantly, you almost don't want to settle for it not being fantastic.

"The same question could be asked of me in 10 years' time and I may go 'No, marriage is not for me'. It does constantly change all the time but, right now, I like the concept!"

Deeley also said that she is not becoming broody after becoming an aunt: "Being a mum is all about being in the right place at the right time but quite often families just sneak up on you when you least expect it. I'm open to everything but not worrying about anything.

"At the moment there is no way I could factor a family into my life. I'm doing a million things but being an auntie is a way of getting all the pleasure and enjoyment. I can be totally bonkers and spoil them."
