Reese Witherspoon is engaged to Hollywood agent Jim Toth, a representative for the star has confirmed.
The actress and Toth went public with their relationship in March of this year.
A spokesperson for Witherspoon said the couple are "extremely happy" and that her children Ava and Deacon are also "happy with him", reports Us magazine.
A friend of Witherspoon's told the magazine: "She is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down."
Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe for seven years before their divorce in 2007.
Toth works as an agent at the Creative Artists Agency, where Witherspoon is a client, although he does not directly represent her.
