Cheryl Cole is reportedly spending the new year with Derek Hough in a ski resort.
The Sunday Mirror understands that the pair, who have been linked since Cole's marriage breakdown, are heading to the Rocky Mountains in north-west America.
Dancing With The Stars professional Hough is thought to have booked a private villa in a luxury hotel resort, having been devastated by the 'Promise This' singer's decision to stay in Newcastle for Christmas.
An insider has said that Derek 'booked an amazing hotel where they will have lots of privacy and some time to relax. Derek is excellent on the slopes and he can't wait to teach Cheryl a few moves.'
