A representative for Katie Holmes has denied a story claiming that the actress and her husband Tom Cruise have separated.
The cover story on a recent Star magazine suggested that the famous pair had split because they "have been living separate lives in recent months".
The story alleged that Cruise's work schedule kept him away from home, leaving Holmes feeling lonely and consulting her father, who is a lawyer, about a possible divorce.
Citing an unnamed source, the magazine also claimed that Holmes was leaving Cruise to move back to her home state of Ohio.
However, a representative for Holmes told 'Gossip Cop' that the report is "absolutely false" and that the magazine didn't contact Holmes to confirm the claims before publishing the story.
