Irish actor Domhnall Gleeson is to be honoured for his work at the 2011 Berlin International Film Festival.
Gleeson, most recently seen on cinema screens in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1' and on RTÉ Television in 'When Harvey Met Bob', is one of 10 newcomers from across Europe chosen to take part in the 14th 'Shooting Stars' showcase at the festival.
The 10 were chosen by a panel of industry professionals for their "outstanding work in feature films".
The 'Shooting Stars' showcase runs at the festival from 12 to 14 February.
