Piers Morgan hosted a star-studded party to celebrate his move to CNN's top chat show job, replacing Larry King.
Ahead of King's retirement next week, the television host and his journalist wife Celia Walden, hosted a leaving party at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London's Knightsbridge area.
The guest list included supermodel Naomi Campbell, Bruce Forsyth, James Corden, Holly Valance, a glowing, pregnant Myleene Klass and Xtra Factor host Konnie Huq.
The presenter seemed relaxed about the big shoes he has to fill, joking: "I was talking to Bruce [Forsyth] and he said 'I've been trying to crack America for 63 years' and he said 'No offence Piers - you don't sing, you don't dance, you're fairly irritating. How have you managed to do this?'"
The 45-year-old will cross the Atlantic shortly to begin presenting his new show, Piers Morgan Tonight.
