Peter Andre is recovering in hospital today, after undergoing an emergency operation on Friday.
Andre’s management have taken to his website to announce that he is recovering and that he wishes to "thank everyone for their support and their messages."
The singer was rushed to hospital on Friday suffering "excruciating pain". According to The Daily Star, "Pete was really frightened for his life. He felt very disorientated and did not know what was wrong with him."
While it is still unknown what his actual illness was, Andre’s brother Mike told The Sun that the family had “a difficult night” on Friday.
