It has been announced that Britain's Prince William will marry his fiancée, Kate Middleton, on Friday, 29 April.
The wedding will take place at Westminster Abbey in London.
The Guardian reports that the prince's private secretary, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, said the venue had been chosen for its "staggering beauty".
He said: "They are very much in charge of the arrangements. I have never seen two happier people. They're on cloud nine, like any other newly engaged couple."
