'The Model Scouts' returns this week, with mentors Jeni Rose and David Cunningham taking the remaining contestants to London, where the focus is on casting.
London has a vibrant fashion industry and IMG has an office in the city centre with over 150 models on their books.
The winner of the competition will be managed at this office and any new model that makes an impression here, would be catapulted to success in other European cities.
This week the scouts Jeni and David want to teach the girls about the casting process.
The girls will need to present the right image for a model and a portfolio to showcase their look.
At the end of the week there will be a casting challenge with Paula Reed, the Irish-born Style Director of Grazia Magazine.
Speaking about the castings, Paula Reed said: "What we tend to do in the fashion dept of Grazia is go for the best of the new talent."
"We are always looking for the next big thing and try to be ahead of the curve, of everybody else, trying to find the person that the designers are starting to get excited about and get in there at the very beginning. So the models that we are looking to star in our fashion pages are absolutely the next big thing."
"You are looking for potential, you are not looking for a fully formed superstar model, and there’s just something that goes off in the pit of your stomach when you realise that you have seen it."
