Over 13,000 fans have joined a Facebook campaign for Wagner Fiuza-Carrilho to win this year's 'X Factor'.
The Daily Mail reports that one of the 'Wagner to Win' group members wrote: "He is just having a good time. I'm glad he is making a mockery of the show, the good ones will get signed anyway. I want him to win and throw a spanner in the works of Simon Cowell's obscene money making machine, people power!!!!"
Another fan added: "Cowell is ruining British music by controlling and producing bland, manufactured music - filling his pockets in a completely perverse way in the process. It's time to put an end to it."
The 54-year-old singer has even inspired an iPhone app dedicated to him, 'Pocket Wagner', which features his performances and Wagner wallpaper.
