'X Factor' star Paije Richardson has reportedly been forced to pull out of rehearsals for the show due to a family bereavement.
According to The Sun, the 19-year-old singer left his rehearsals yesterday after receiving news of the death of his grandmother.
A source said: "Paije was devastated but he's such a lovely lad that he kept saying he was sorry and that he had to go."
"We just said, 'Of course you have to go,' and made arrangements for him to be with his relatives."
"It all happened so quickly. All we know is that he was very upset and needed to be at home."
It is not clear yet whether or not Paije will be able to perform in Saturday night's live show.
