The ladies of Wisteria Lane return to RTÉ Two tonight for the new series of 'Desperate Housewives', with surprises and shocks galore.

They will be joined by a new arrival, Renee Perry (Vanessa Williams), former resident Paul Young (Mark Moses) and a "hunky handyman" named Keith (Brian Austin Green).
The teaser for the new series reads: "Paul Young returns to Wisteria Lane with questionable motives, Susan (Teri Hatcher) receives an unorthodox job offer that could help with her money woes, Lynette's (Felicity Huffman) friend, Renee, pays an unexpected visit to the Scavos, Gabrielle (Eva Longoria Parker) and Carlos (Ricardo Antonio Chavira) find themselves keeping secrets from one another and Bree (Marcia Cross) falls for a hunky, younger handyman."
The fun begins on RTÉ Two at 9:55pm.
