RTÉ TEN is going to be putting DIT students to the ultimate showbiz test next week when it hosts two DITSU table quizzes. Not content with our efforts to bring you the daily showbiz news we are now going out to test who’s been paying attention.
RTÉ TEN has teamed up with DIT Students’ Union to organize the events which take place in Break for the Border on Lower Stephen Street on Monday, 11 October at 8pm and The Living Room, Cathal Bruagh Street on Wednesday, 13 October also at 8pm.
The quizzes will be hosted by RTÉ TEN’s Michael Doherty and Taragh Loughrey-Grant who have put together a varied selection of questions which should separate the students with A-list credentials from those whose showbiz knowledge is more Z-list!
With over €1,000 worth of exciting team and spot prizes on offer – we’re talking iTunes vouchers, HMV vouchers, Ticketmaster Vouchers, cinema tickets and much more - organisers are expecting a strong turn out from DIT students at both quizzes.
Teams who pre-register at ten@rte.ie will go into a draw for exclusive prizes. Teams can register at the venues on the evening and both events are strictly over-18s only.
