'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy has revealed that Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow is to guest star in the new series in a part written especially for her.
She will appear in two episodes as a substitute teacher for Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison).
Murphy told the BBC: "Gwyneth is a great singer. She's done it a little bit but I really want to show it off and show everyone how great she is."
Paltrow previously sang in the films 'Infamous' and 'Duets' and plays a country singer in the upcoming 'Country Strong'.
