It is reported that Liam Neeson is dating Freya St. Johnston, a public relations executive and mother of two.
People magazine reports that they were seen holding hands in London on 3 September.
Matt Winton, described by People as "Johnston's ex", said: "She's a wonderful person and a fantastic mother. She takes life seriously in a free-spirited kind of way. They make a very nice couple."
Neeson's wife and the mother of their two children, actress Natasha Richardson, passed away after a tragic accident in March 2009.
