Irish actress Saoirse Ronan has been cast opposite 'The Sopranos' star James Gandolfini in a new film called 'Violet & Daisy'.
Variety reports that the film tells the story of two teenage assassins (one of whom will be Ronan's character) who encounter problems when given their latest target (Gandolfini).
The film will mark the directorial debut of Geoffrey Fletcher, who won an Oscar for his adapted screenplay for the film 'Precious'.
