'Grey's Anatomy' star Ellen Pompeo has laughed off claims that she has six toes on each foot.
Reports claimed that Pompeo had the condition polydactyly, which results in extra fingers or toes, after shots of the actress were taken in open-toed sandals.
TMZ.com reports that Pompeo has said that the picture is an optical illusion as another photo shows her with the correct number of toes.
In a Twitter post, 'Grey's Anatomy' creator Shonda Rhimes said: "Pompeo and I are still laughing. She says to tell everyone the rumours are wrong, she has SEVEN toes on each foot!"
