Former 'EastEnders' actress Michelle Collins has said she cringes about her spending when she starred in the soap.
Collins told the Daily Mail: "It makes me cringe now to remember how extravagant I was during my 'EastEnders' days. In just one day, about seven years ago, I spent £1,000 on a green Balenciaga bag and £700 on a Matthew Williamson coat.
"What an appalling waste of money. I find it very uncouth now when people talk about how much they've blown on clothes. Money definitely doesn't equal style.
"I've made numerous fashion faux pas over the years. My daughter says the worst thing she's seen me wear is a silk 'Top Gun'-style flying suit with wide trousers and zips all over. My Mum has it now, but she's almost 6ft tall and looks amazing in it.
"These days I know what suits me."
