The ladies in 'Desperate Housewives' will be shocked to discover in the new series that one of their number has been under the cosmetic surgeon's knife.

TVGuide.com exclusively reports that the friends will discover that Gabrielle (Eva Longoria) has had surgery on her nose.
Actress Longoria told TVGuide.com's Will Keck: "Of course Gaby's had her nose done. Gaby's had everything done. Please. She's definitely a proponent of Botox, nose jobs, boob jobs and any other kind of job."
Gabrielle's secret is revealed by a new arrival on Wisteria Lane, Renee Jones (Vanessa Williams).
"Vanessa's character is very similar to Gabrielle," said Longoria. "They're 'frenemies'."
