Former 'Six Feet Under' star Frances Conroy is to make a guest appearance in the new series of 'Grey's Anatomy'.

TVGuide.com exclusively reports that Fischer will play a patient named Eleanor, who apparently blacked out on discovering that her husband might be cheating on her.
"Whether or not she really blacked out is an issue," said the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes.
The new series of 'Grey's Anatomy' begins on American television at the end of September.
