Josie was last night named the winner of the 11th and final series of 'Big Brother' with 77.5% of the public vote.
The 25-year-old wins £100,000 but has gone back into the house to compete in 'Ultimate Big Brother', which features contestants from previous series.
She told host Davina McCall that she would give £20,000 of her winnings to cancer charity Clic.
Josie also said she would buy disabled housemate Steve new prosthetic legs.
The ex-serviceman lost both his legs and an eye in a bomb blast in Belfast.
