'Grey's Anatomy' fans will not have to contend with as many new faces in the next series of the hit show.
Warning: spoiler alert!
TVGuide.com reports that following a number of new additions in season six, the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, was asked if any new doctors would be joining the team.
She replied: "We're full up."
TVGuide.com says fans will get to know doctors Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and April Kepner (Sarah Drew) much better in the coming season when they move in with Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo).
Star Pompeo has said Meredith and April will bond in the new series.
"Meredith will accept April in order to get the audience to accept her," she said.
She added that she hopes her character will act as a mentor to the younger doctors.
"I feel like Meredith and Cristina [Sandra Oh] are much further along in their careers than April and Jackson.
"The audience hasn't seen them go through as much training as they've seen us go through. I would love there to be a teaching element as opposed to them being our contemporaries."
The seventh series of 'Grey's Anatomy' begins on American television on 23 September.
