Former 'Numb3rs' and 'Rescue Me' star Diane Farr is to play a patient in the new series of 'Grey's Anatomy'.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Farr's character will have Huntington's disease and will be under the care of Doctor Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo).
Farr is scheduled to appear in the fourth episode of the new series.
'Grey's Anatomy' returns to American television on 23 September.
