'Cougar Town' star Ryan Devlin is returning to 'Grey's Anatomy' for the new series.
Fans saw Devlin play Bill, the husband of hospital patient Mary (Mandy Moore) in season six's two-hour finale.
Earlier this week it was announced that Moore would also be returning to the show as Mary.
TV.Guide.com reports that Devlin will appear in the sixth and seventh episodes of the new series, which begins on American television at the end of September.
