Former 'EastEnders' star Natalie Cassidy has revealed that she is having a "painful" pregnancy because her baby is pressing against her ribcage.

According to Now, the actress, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Adam Cottrell in September, said: "I'm not sure if it's a foot or a hand, but the baby is pressing against my ribcage and it really hurts!"

"Sometimes, it's so painful that I struggle to even sit and watch TV. I just pace around moaning."

She also said that she is having difficulty sleeping, explaining: "I've been waking up in the night with cramp in my thighs."
