Bono has returned to the stage with his U2 bandmates in Italy, after his recovery from a back injury.
The U2 frontman sustained the injury in May of this year, while preparing for the next leg of the band's world tour.
His injury meant that U2 were forced to pull out of their gigs in the U2 and failed to fulfil their headliner slot at this years Glastonbury festival.
Hello magazine reports that the singer thanked his fans for "all the love and letters you've sent me in recent months", while on stage in Turin.
