Actress Sheree Murphy is taking a break from 'Hollyoaks' due to family commitments, according to reports.
Murphy, who is married to Australian footballer Harry Kewell, initially failed to renew her contract with Hollyoaks after her husband's proposed move to the US. However since his move was cancelled, Murphy has renewed her contract, taking a brief break from the screen.
The 34-year-old beauty, who plays Anita Roy’s birth mother Eva in the soap, told Digital Spy: "Sadly, because we thought that my husband's football career was going to take us to the States, I was unable to sign another contract with 'Hollyoaks'.
"However, our circumstances have now changed and I've told Paul Marquess, the producer, that if storylines allow, I would love to continue in the role of Eva."
